Does anyone know how to open an Indexed or Relative (VMS) file
given that any keys that might exist are unknown?

Ultimately, I want to be able just to read records and write records; I am
not interested in what keys (if any) exist or in their positions in the file.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
