  A friend who is running a VMS machine is looking for some software
that will allow them to become an email site (and potentially a news
site, but that's in the future) on the uucp network.  I seem to recall
hearing something about some public domain programs that are available
for VMS machines that interface with the VMS Mail system (DECMAIL?) and
allow them to connect to Unix machines...

	Any and all help on this matter is appreciated.
