     Sometime back, I seem to recall an article which described a
program which would print a classification marking at the top and bottom
of output to a line printer.   Does anyone remember/have this program?
It is not in the latest published list of DEC's "blessed" software.
Perhaps it is on a DECUS tape?  Any help along these lines will be
greatly appreciated.
