In the spring '85 tape there also appeared (in my area) a compat mode program that reads and WRITES TAR format floppies (RX01/RX02/RX50). It needs some work to make it run ok on tapes... Most recent TAR reader is [vax86a.belonis...]. (Spring '86). It runs native mode... This in response to some recent queries.
