has two excellent products

VAXwatch lets you look at and record any terminal session under VMS.
PSS lets you playback the recorded session either singly or in multiple
copies with varying "think times" etc.  

A third product is available, VAXrecorder that does "bulk" recording of
multiple sessions in batch.

B.T.W.  VAXwatch does everything all three of PBS's products do for less!
