Recently our university started to provide access to DATEX-P (PSI ind Germany).
The VAX-11 PSI software writes its own accounting datasets.
Is there any accounting program out there in netland, allowing us to charge
easily those of our users who caused costs. The post office is sending its bill
to the computing center not the individual user (unfortunately) !
