Question: If I have a DECSA running the Decnet Router/X.25 Gateway
Software, which is connected to TELENET, do I run VAX PSI or 
VAX PSI ACCESS on the VAX to access TELENET?  I need to support
incoming X.29 connections, not Decnet connections to other sites
across TELENET.

DEC sold me VAX PSI, but in attempting the installation, it appears that
what I really need is VAX PSI ACCESS for the VAX.
