  Yes...  Send requests to Rich Zellich <ZELLICH@SRI-NIC.ARPA> to be
  placed on the mailing-list for "List of Lists" update notices.

  There is a master list of ARPANET mailing-lists/digests/discussion-groups
  (2,600+ lines or 120,000+ characters) on SRI-NIC in files:

    NETINFO:INTEREST-GROUPS-1.TXT  (first half of the list)
    NETINFO:INTEREST-GROUPS-2.TXT  (second half of the list)

  For ARPANET users, SRI-NIC supports the net-standard ANONYMOUS
  login within FTP, with any password.
