It did yesterday. The V4.3 field service pack boots. The backup system pack for v4.4 does not boot when placed into the other RM03 drive and the unit number buttons changed to make the other drive DRA0:. Telephone support consulted with the Remote Diagnostic people who couldn't find anything wrong with the system. There have been three reports of this on both RM03s and RM05s. Only with V4.4. The suggestion was to swap out the RH780 - we swapped with the other one in the system: same result. Tomorrow Field Service will swap the RH780 with "new" boards.
