	I got my issues of the Digital Technical Journal by sending a
very friendly memo to the Editor, Richard W Beane, as beane@rdvax.dec
or as beane%rdvax.dec@decwrl.com, depending upon your mailer, etc...
They are indeed good reading, and are free.  I asked to be added to
the subscription list and they caught me up on the back issues as
well.  Only two have been released, as far as I know.
