Paul,
  Does that mean we can use a soft-ware package as our preparer?  Or was
the IRS upset about them using a product as a preparer.  It would seem
to me that if they can hold the software writer liable for bad advice
they would also take the software product as a legal preparer.  Is this
true?  Any comments?
