About 10% of the time when I call work, I get a fast busy signal on the line for about 2 seconds, then the modem answers the phone. In other words, I get a fast busy when I should be getting a ringing sound! Is there some reasonable explanation why I should be hearing the fast busy or is something broken? If something is broken, who should I report it to? -------
