  I am interested in writing a program to simulate the longe term effects of
cloning a given species. The simulator should allow me to change certain 
variables, including the number of genes (species), rate of mutations
 (if any), etc... .

  I would be most greatful for ANY information that relates to this topic. 
Further more, if anyone has any knowledge of a similar 'project' please 
enlighten me.
