This isn't in partcular a bug, per se; but the 2.9 distribution manuals are relatively useless enough that it may be classified as one. I've been trying for quite some time to get a good kernal running on a PDP 11/44 running 2.9 Unfortunately, I don't have the time I would like to hack on it anymore to find the problem(s) that are causing it. If there are any kind 2.9 souls out there with experience in generating kernals, all of us here (particularly I) would be ever so grateful if you drop me a message. I can call you on the phone anytime day or night to get your feedback/comments on what we might try.... As always, thanks in advance. -- Marty@NJITCCCC.BITNET Marty Lyons,CCCC @ New Jersey Institute of Technology Marty@NJIT-EIES.MAILNET Rm.
