Anyone got numbers on thhe VFR700F?  Although the 750's performance is
competitive with the 750s from Suzuki and Yamaha, its price is competitive
with the 1000s.  Anyway, I'm looing at the VFR700F and GSX-R750.  Around
here you can find them discounted to around $3899 (except during the summer).
I'm looking for a sport bike, but would also like to be able to ride it
six hours a day a few times a year without crippling pain.  Oddly enough,
the extreme seating position of the GSX doesn't bother me (I'm young, and
don't have back trouble, yet) and the GSX's comfy seat and big fairing
appeal to me.  I am too stupid to realize my VF500F is a perfectly fine
motorcycle, and am thus forced to spend money to satisfy my need for "This
year's bitchin' bike".
