Was this study done by the Tobacco Institute per-chance? As far as I am concerned, if people are willing and able to take the full consequences (medical costs, etc) of riding without a helmet and this responsibility can be enforced then let them take the chance. However, my experience (a 60 mph dump with no injury except the shoulder I landed on) strongly reenforced my desire to ride with a helmet. -- Russell Holden Computer Corporation of America Four Cambridge Center Cambridge, MA 02142
