Obviously I'm willing to settle for degraded throughput, but I want to be able to plug in a DELNI or short coax cable in a remote location (say a home or an office) and make it look to 4.2BSD style TCP/IP software like it's part of a larger Ethernet. Low cost would be a big plus, although the ability to run at 9600 baud is what's most important. It can be sync or async. Will any of the big name bridges run over this type of line? Is there any special purpose product that will do it? Mark
