You have definite ideas which are not to be confused with fact. You should attend a good school for the continuation of history however. The "march of tears" was the "trail of tears" and was inflected upon the Cherokee. The trail was from the North Carolina area to the Oklahoma area. The Navajo, Hopi, and Apache were not involved. The Areas moved to, from and through are far removed from the area being discussed. As for the method of selection for the Tribal council, selection of members by the Bureau of Indian Affairs has long been replaced with selection by the Indians.
