I am looking for a book(s) which provide a good explanation of GKS.
A good tutorial would be nice. I already have:
	C.G. Programming - Enderle, Kansy and Pfaff
	Device Indep. Graphics - Sproull, etc
	Intro. to the G.K.S. - Hopgood, etc
Any other suggestions???

In particular I have had a difficult time with character sizing and
rotation.
Bugs in the GKS implementation I have certainly contribute
to the problem - but I need to know what is supposed to happen.
What height and expansion are used with rotated characters in non-unity
aspect ratio?
