Does anyone out there have any idea what happened to the (purported) last of
the Xerox books describing Smalltalk-80, namely, "Smalltalk-80: Creating a
User Interface and Graphical Applications"?  It's been long enough that it
seems it should be out, but I've heard nothing about it.  What's the story?
