I have a document which describes the usage conventions of this
gateway for those who are interested.  It exists in SCRIPT source (for
those of you who have SCRIPT/VS, or for those who prefer nroff -me
format), and as a LISTING file (with carriage control characters
(01-+, etc.) in column #1.
