The info-amiga bbd DOES exist, however no new additions are being made...this info was obtained within the past couple days from the "list-of-lists" maintainer (zellich@sri-nic). Repeated attempts by yours truly to get our site added to the info-amiga mailing list have been met by total silence. I originally started in APRIL, got sufficiently frustrated that I contacted Postmaster@rutgers to inquire about the list's existence. Reply received (more-or-less): "Lavinsky is no longer a student hence doesn't log in very often. The mail to info-amiga{-request} got so queued up once that I [the postmaster] disabled the list for awhile." Apparently the list DOES EXIST still because some sites are still receiving lots of good stuff. Just that those of us that came later on the scene have to look in from the outside. Other rumors state tha the list will be "digestized"...however, this was the rumor I heard back in MAY (and again within the last couple days) during one of my N futile attempts to find out more info. Methinks Eric is on a long holiday... Sure would like to see some of the stuff on the bbd, though, Russ JAYCOR Navy Center for Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence (whew!)
