Please note that the 68HC11 is a 48 pin device, and that the 6801 is a 40
pin.  I don't think that makes them that compatible.  From a software
standpoint, I believe the 68HC11 is upward compatible, but a lot of the
newer instructions are two bytes instead of 1.
