Lines: 20 I just bought the Online! terminal emulator. It is definitely braindamaged. It breaks in vt100 mode when inserting new lines, and if anything is in column 80. I haven't been able to break the vt52 emulation yet, but I've only had the program three days. I am trying to talk to a Vax running BSD 4.3, using vi. With the exception of emulation (why I bought it) the program works fine. It has features to do auto downloading, and supports XMODEM protocol. I plan to use it for downloading, then edit locally using my Manx vi-like editor (which doesn't have search/replace!). The only other programs I have seen are A-Term, which I know nothing about, and Maxicomm, which I have heard is truly brain-dead. If anyone knows of a termcap that won't break Online!, please post it! If anyone knows of a FULLY TESTED, GUARENTEED vt100 emulator, PLEASE let me know! Thanks, Dale Call tektronix!dadla!dcall
