Summary: I work for EA (sort of)


	I work for EA as a contractor (not an employee), and I am
positive that they would not do something so horrible as write to a
write-protected disk.  If you want absolute certainty, I will call them
on Monday and ask Greg Riker directly.  He will say, "No, we don't,
of course not, you fool."  But I will call just to set everyone's
mind at ease.  (BTW, EA does not have a Unix machine, so they don't
have a USENET node.)			-Mitsu
