The looping message problem has been eliminated.

A new subscriber was added to the list on Thursday, July 3. His mailer
and the SCORE mailer decided to ping-pong a message.  The problem was
discovered by the Postmaster at SCORE on Sunday July 6 and the new
address deleted from the distribution list.  The individual and the
Postmaster at his site were notified.

We all regret the inconvenience.
