Did anyone else receive a large quantity of messages from ARPA that
look like they have come from BITNET and from cernvax somewhere along
the line? 

The result was quite a flush of "(none)" articles here. Must have cost
someone a pretty penny. Does someone document all this? Surely it is
done. I mean, the DoD is keeping track, right?
