What are all these (wasteful!) messages from ACS19....CERNVAX...BITNET stuff
and why are the coming.  I just got through cleaning out about 300K worth
of them from this and a few other newsgroups.  Seems like lots of BITNET
headers were contained in these files.

Whoever is responsible for sending these things, please stop.
(or at least investigate what is going on!)
