You don't need to buy the developers kit to get schematics for the
520 ST. Howard Sams (Sams Photofacts) sells a very nice set for 
about $30.00 I don't think they include a memory map, since they
are mainly for fixing broken STs.  Also the schematics I have seen
from the developers kit are incomplete and hard to read.
