Is there a version of the Punter Protocol that runs on a Unix system for 
downloading to a C-64?  Most all of my terminal software has built in 
Punter protocols, only one (Master Modem) has Xmodem protocol.  I prefer
my VIP term software since it emulates a VT52 nicely, but also uses Punter.
If anyone can help me, drop me a line or post it.
