would someone, please, post a summary on what the current plans and timeframe
for this reorganization is?  Reading and participating in the discussions on
net.news* has proven toJ be too time-consuming in the past, so I'd wish to see
a brief status-report on such developments posted either to all groups or,
preferably, to mod.announce (seems like the "right" message for the latter)
