I need to develop a relational database using PFS:file (trademark
of  Software Publishing Corporation) input.  The multiple sources
for the PFS input will definitely have duplicate entries.  I need
to  find an RDBMS that imports PFS and will give me a way of only
adding  new  entries  and  flagging  similar  entries  (potential
address changes).  The RDBMS can run on just about any host.  Any
suggestions?
