I would like to begin developing software for the Macintosh for my personal
use and would like any suggestions you may have on utilities, references,
user groups, etc.  I have a Mac+, Lightspeed C, IM Volumes I, II and III, and
a subscription to MacTutor.

Where can I get more general information on developing software?  And where
do I go to get a copy of the Resource Editor and documentation?
