I recently posted to mod.mac.sources a short algorithm to draw a marquee
rectangle - a moving dashed outline.  The algorithm was destructive,
though.  I've now posted a LightspeedC TransSkel application source
that does a better job.  The marquee is non-destructive, and the application
includes a proc to draw a marquee selection rectangle.  Hope this is
more useful to some...

The previous posting showed up about two days after I sent it to Roger,
so this one should appear on your doorstep soon.
