MacServe and OmniDrive

We are currently running MacServe (V2.0) on a number of Macs,
a Mac+ and a Lisa the latter being the server. 

We would now like to use a Mac512 in combination with a 21mb
Corvus Omnidrive as netserver but the MacServe Installer does
not allow the installation of the server resources on a floppy.

Due to the fact that the Mac is booted via a StartUpFloppy from
where the harddisk driver is loaded (and all INIT resources are
executed) we've found no way to make that Mac to a server.

Does anyone out there know a way to use the Omnidrive for supporting
a netserver ?
