I am an experienced UNIX user and am interested in finding out any info about development environments. This includes things like DOS C compilers, editors (VI like), debugers, make, sccs, terminal emulators, etc. Specifically, I would be interested to hear if anyone has had experience in using XENIX on a PC-6300 for development of code to run under DOS. I hear the Microsoft C compiler has such a capability, but I don't know the mechanics. If anyone has any such information or reference sources please let me know. If I get any interesting responses I'll post a summary. -- ---------------- Thomas Rosenfeld @ AT&T Information Systems Labs, Middletown, NJ (201) 957-5867 UUCP: {harpo,ihnp4,burl,akgua}!mtgzz!rosen Disclaimer: I don't claim anything.
