Does anyone have a utility program to share that will do this well? Specifically, the output should go to a disk file and be able to show just HEX or concurrent HEX and ASCII, *and* should display the HEX in offset-indexed chunks for ease of reference. BASIC or LATTICE C source code would be preferred but I'll take anything. I'll also be happy to pass it along to one of the Public Domain houses if you like.
