I am posting all SQ, SQ2, USQ and USQ2 to net.sources this evening, including
documentation.  The two versions are incompatible with each other, so you
need both.  The package also includes the LU program with sources -- it is
basically a public port of the LAR program, and SQ and SQ2 are "similar"
to the old UNIX "pack" program.
