Does anyone read something called ``Foreign Report'',
published by The Economist Publications in London?  They
are the folks who publish the highly regarded news
and business magazine of the same name.

I have thought of subscribing to keep up with internation
economic and political news, but the cost is $200 a year.
Is it worth it?
