 Joe Newman Energy Machine.

The 24 July issue of Electronic Design contains a story about this 
marvelous machine and the troubles that Mr. Newman has had in getting
a patent. The latest news is that the NBS has finished a 190 day test
at its own facilities and says that the Energy machine doesn't work.

Mr. Newman says that they "goofed up" the testing by grounding the
machine like a conventional motor so maybe theres still hope.
