I need some help in finding information on what I takes to
start a netnews group.  At the CHI'86 conference a group of
computer science types and human factors types met to discuss
User Interface Management Systems.  We started a regular-mail
mailing list but thought we really wanted an e-mail forum to
discuss UIMSs.

So far, I haven't had any luck in finding out who (what?)
I have to talk to to get detailed info.  Any help would be
appreciated.
