Steve, if you see this message, you'll know that netnews is working and
mail isn't.  My mail to your site used to bounce through the ihnp4->quest
link; now it simply doesn't seem to arrive.  I don't get a message from
UUCP, but your recent note seems to indicate that you haven't seen mine.
My mailer thinks the best path through ihnp4 to you is
ihnp4!umn-cs!starfire -- do you know a better?
