People have already complained of not seeing messages from atari in
net.micro.atari16.  Now the same problem has cropped up in another group.
three quarters of the articles in net.garden recently which have arrived at
umcp-cs are followups to articles which never showed up.  These distribution
irregularities appear to be spreading.  Do people know of other groups with
this problem, and are there any knowledgeable types out there who might have
an idea of why this is becoming more prevalent?
