Uwvax had an OS conversion last night.  After the conversion, everything
looked OK.  However, news was hopelessly confused (I still don't know
why), and uwvax retransmitted a large number of articles with new
Message-IDs.

Until I figure out what caused the problem, uwvax will be off the air.
