I am running 2.10.3. When a new group is created from outside our system
(I assume with inews -C) it is owned by "root" and "news" cannot write
to the directory giving a permission denied in the errlog. Can anyone
send me the solution to this problem or is it a feature? :-)
I probably have set up something incorrectly in the make file or header file.
