In order to try to track down an Ethernet problem with cbatt, the
machine has been taken off-line temporarily.  When we have the
problem solved, it will be brought back up - hopefully in a day
or two.

In the meantime, all links fed from cbatt have been temporarily
restored on cbosgd.
