Effective immediately, our Develcon Dataswitch is being disconnected.
Ulysses will be available via the old phone number; however, the lines
will be directly connected.  Consequently, the login sequence will
start with 'login' rather than an autobaud sequence looking for
'Request:'.  (Subscribers to the AT&T NAC data should have a
Datakit-based phone number and login sequence.)
