Looking for a service that will accept TEX source documents
and return typeset documents.

Talking about "real typesetting," i.e. ~1200 dpi or better,
altho hi-res laser printers may be acceptable.

If possible, please send:

    - name, phone number, and address of service
    - contact
    - rates (approximate per page preferred)
    - experience WRT turnaround, quality, general attitudes, etc.
