	As we don't yet have 4.3BSD here could someone who does please
	mail me a copy of the manual page, and any other docs that
	exist, for "rdist"?  (The source would go down well too but
	that would probably be illegal ...)

The manual pages, as part of the Berkeley Standard Distribution, are
licensed materials, covered by the same rules and regulations as the
source code.

4.3 is shipping currently, so you have no reason not to get it.
