having recently brought a microvax II to life, i was wondering if anyone
has had similar experience.  please excuse me if this has already been
discussed.

i have a 9600 baud rs232 line beteen my 785 and uVAX II.  uucp pukes when
they try to talk.  i do not, nor have i ever claimed to be, a uucp wiz ;-)
both boxes are running ultrix 1.2.

i wish i had some source code.... (sigh)

anyway, here is a short excerpt from a uucp session.  debug set to -x9.

the line RLOGIN\000msg-RLOGIN is what gives me the willies.  anyone got some
good advice?  i checked the obvious stuff (/usr/lib/uucp/L*) and came 
up empty....
